An AI sales agent built around your CRM, not another tool

A custom AI sales agent that works inside your CRM and ERP: lead follow-up drafts, meeting briefings, order entry from PDFs and CRM updates, with a person approving what goes out.

Most AI sales agents on the market are standalone tools: another inbox, another sequence builder, another login, sending at volume on your behalf. For a small or mid-sized sales team, the time usually goes elsewhere: preparing meetings, following up on warm leads, keeping the CRM current, and typing customer orders into the ERP. We build agents that do that work inside the CRM and ERP you already run, and that ask before anything leaves your company.

What does an AI sales agent do?

An AI sales agent handles repetitive sales tasks such as researching leads, drafting follow-ups, updating the CRM and preparing meeting notes, so that salespeople spend more time talking to customers. The best ones work inside your existing systems and leave the final word to a person.

Tasks an agent can take over:

  1. Lead research and enrichment. Company details, decision-makers, what the lead has already seen or downloaded.
  2. Meeting briefings. Before each meeting: who you are seeing, the history with them, where they came from, the open questions.
  3. Follow-up drafts. A personalized follow-up drafted after each meeting or quote, waiting for approval.
  4. CRM hygiene. Notes, next steps, deal stages and contact details updated from emails and meetings.
  5. Order entry. Customer purchase orders read from PDFs or emails and turned into ERP orders or import files.
  6. Reminders. Meeting reminders to prospects, quote expiry, unpaid invoices, stalled deals.

What we have built for sales operations

  • Order entry from PDF purchase orders. For a French manufacturer and distributor of tableware and cutlery, a tool that turns customer purchase orders received as PDFs into the ERP's import file. Frequent layouts are read by dedicated parsers with no AI, others by OCR and a language model as a fallback. In production since January 2026.
  • Meeting briefings and reminders. In our own business, an agent prepares a briefing for each upcoming prospect meeting from the calendar, the email history and the CRM, writes it to the client record, and sends reminder emails to the prospect before the meeting.
  • A CRM and pipeline fed by agents. Our internal ERP holds the client records, pipeline, quotes and invoices; AI agents read it, enrich client records and compile a weekly review of open quotes and unpaid invoices.
  • Approval in Slack. When an agent needs a decision, it posts the request with Approve and Reject buttons; the approved action runs, the rejected one does not.

Who has the best AI sales agent?

There is no single best AI sales agent: CRM vendors such as Salesforce and HubSpot build agents into their platforms, and dedicated AI SDR tools focus on outbound prospecting. The best choice is the one that works on your actual pipeline and data with the level of human control your brand needs.

If your CRM vendor's built-in agent covers your process, use it. If your process spans the CRM, the ERP and email, or your CRM does not offer what you need, a custom agent connected to all three is usually the better fit.

Will AI replace sales agents?

AI will take over a growing share of sales admin, such as research, data entry, follow-up drafts and reminders, but not the relationship, the negotiation or the judgment about which deal to push. The sales teams that benefit most are the ones that hand the admin to agents and spend the freed time with customers.

Lead generation, carefully

Agents can find and qualify leads, and some of our own agents prospect for our products. For outbound email, we recommend approved templates, modest volumes and a clear opt-out, and we build in the rules that keep your domain's reputation and your compliance intact. Volume without relevance damages both.

How a project runs

  1. A 30-minute call to pick the first task: often meeting briefings, follow-ups or order entry.
  2. A look at your CRM and ERP: data quality, APIs, permissions.
  3. A written scope with approval points, a fixed quote and a monthly plan.
  4. A first version on your real data, tested with one salesperson, then rolled out.
